These terms are an agreement between you and Lucent Enterprises Ltd., a British Columbia corporation that runs TCG Priced: this website, the MCP server at mcp.tcgpriced.com (the Claude and ChatGPT app) and the Discord bot. By using them, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

What TCG Priced is

TCG Priced looks up trading cards on our ten card sites and answers with TCGplayer market prices (via TCGCSV) for each finish, the date of each price and a link to the card's page. It is free and has no accounts. We do not sell cards, run a marketplace, take payments or make offers to buy.

Unofficial

TCG Priced is unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TCGplayer, TCGCSV, Anthropic, OpenAI, Discord, or any card game publisher. Card and game names belong to their owners.

Prices are a guide, not an appraisal

A price is a TCGplayer market price on the date the answer shows. It is not an appraisal, financial advice or a promise of what a card will sell for. Condition, grading, language, printing and demand change what a card is worth. Check current listings before you buy, sell or trade.

Accuracy

We try to match every question to the right card and finish, but answers can be wrong: a wrong card, a missing price, an old price or a broken link. An AI can also restate our answer wrongly. If you see a mistake, tell us at support@tcgpriced.com.

Affiliate links

In Pokemon and Magic answers, the Buy link opens pokemoncardlist.net or mtgcardlist.com, which sends you on to TCGplayer or CardNexus. It is an affiliate link: we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. We take part in the TCGplayer and CardNexus affiliate programs (via Impact). The stores are run by other companies under their own terms.

Fair use of the service

• Do not overload the server, scrape it at abusive rates or try to get around its limits or security.
• Do not use it to build a copy of our card sites' data.
• Do not say or suggest that you are TCG Priced, Lucent Enterprises Ltd. or a partner of ours.

Availability

We may change, limit or stop any part of TCG Priced at any time, without notice.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, TCG Priced is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lucent Enterprises Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses from purchases, sales, trades or grading decisions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to CAD $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you rights in another place.
