Privacy policy

TCG Priced is run by Lucent Enterprises Ltd., a British Columbia corporation, at 329 Howe St, Unit #800, Vancouver, BC V6C 3N2, Canada. Questions about privacy go to support@tcgpriced.com.
In short: there are no accounts, we do not sell data, and we do not keep the cards you ask about. The one exception is an error log, kept for 7 days, when a card site fails to answer.
This website
tcgpriced.com has no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser details and the page address to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare's Workers Logs keep a record of each page request, such as the time, address and response, for 7 days.
The Claude and ChatGPT app
When you ask Claude or ChatGPT about a card, the AI decides to call one of our tools: search_cards, get_card_price or get_set. Our server then receives only what the AI puts in that call: the card or set name, an optional set, card id or game. We do not receive your conversation, your name, your email or your account.
- We use that input only to look up the answer on our card sites, and we do not store it.
- Our code writes no log of what you asked. If a card site fails to answer, we log the error, which can contain the address our server asked for, and that address can contain the card name. Error logs are kept for 7 days.
- Cloudflare's Workers Logs keep a record of each request to our server, such as the time, method, address and response, for 7 days. We use it to find and fix errors.
- Anthropic and OpenAI handle your chat under their own privacy policies.
The Discord bot
The Discord bot is not available yet. When it is, it will log the command name, the game, whether a card was found and how long the answer took. It will not log your Discord user id, your server, your channel or the text you typed.
Buy links
In Pokemon and Magic answers, a Buy link opens a page on pokemoncardlist.net or mtgcardlist.com that sends you on to TCGplayer or CardNexus. That site logs the card, the finish, the store, which app the click came from and your country, as its own privacy policy explains. It does not log your IP address or any account. The store then handles your visit under its own policy.
If you email us, we receive your address and your message through Google Workspace. We keep it to answer you and to fix what you report.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal information. Cloudflare (hosting) and Google (email) process data for us as service providers.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at support@tcgpriced.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
